Windows Server 2008 backup utility
I noticed that in Windows Server 2008 new backup utility it only says you can backup entire volumes. Is there a work around to be able to backup specific files or folders? Thanks

When backing up the system state of a Windows Server 2008, what files am I backing up? Are all the registry hives present? Is there a way to back up this data manually or can I only do it using NTBackup?
