Please assist with required licenses for Citrix and Microsoft if I want to have a VDI solution with 100 users. 50 users will be permanent works with laptops and desktops running windows 7 and 10 professional. 50 users will be casual works with android and Apple tablets.

Whenever I try to open a PDF file in Google Chrome, the font is completely blurry. I can't even read it. It's fine when I preview it in Adobe Acrobat. I'm not sure what else I can do / try. Can someone offer some suggestions? Thanks.
