How to install squid in Windows XP

I'm using windows setup in my office. I want to control to view the unwanted website if I install squid proxy server, in that we select what the sites can we need to view in office use only.

My father lives out in the boonies and only has a slow internet connection. He browses maybe 5 to 10 sites on a daily basis but the load time is unbearable.
