Need good cloning software to replace a hard drive.

Question about internet connection speed and VoIP
Over our VPN which is routed over the internet if we used a point to point? Pricing allows for us to have a 100mbit Internet circuit. If we go with a PTP it will be closer to10MB and maybe even 5. Which is better for speed and reliability?

I am an administrator and recently when attempting to follow a link in an e-mail it is now blocked due to computer settings. I have not changed any settings and assume it to be a upgrade change. I am unable to find the setting that is blocking it and wonder if you can assist.
