There is a way to solve the MPP viewer than it is online?

MPP Project file causes Project 2010 to the close. Does anyone have a clue as to how to solve?

I change the per cent complete for the present week 46, now the progress line changes for both week 46 AND week 45 and the other weeks. Why? The progress line should not change the historic data. Why does this happen?
