Getting error message when burning Ubuntu to CD

Clock time is off on Windows XP and Ubuntu dual boot
I'm currently running a dual boot system with Windows XP and Ubuntu. But I'm having an issue with the clock time on both. When Ubuntu loads up, it's behind by four or five hours. I correct it but then Windows XP is four or five hours ahead. What should I do here?
