• Print to HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 from AS/400

Has anyone figured out the settings for this printer to print from the AS/400? I've been trying quite a few options for the manufacturer type and model, but none seem to work completely. We keep getting a starting page with some of our print jobs. The only thing on this page is a symbol.

I have a laptop and I am using a 42" flat screen as a second monitor. Everything is so huge on this 2nd monitor but I would like it to be scaled down to be about the same size as the laptop. I already tried changing the resolution and it didn't do anything.
