Ecxhange 2007 distribution lists and groups

How do I export a list of all the groups and lists someone belongs to. I need to list these for a lot of users and writing it by hand seems stupid but I can't copy it from the management console. Can I somehow do it via the management shell?

I'm running Windows 2003 Server STD with Exchange 2003. I have created a Distribution Group (global) in the AD but the group does not show up in the GAL as a distribution list when I look at the GAL within my Outlook client. How do I create DL's and edit them?
