Microsoft Access 2007 database will not open in Access 2010

I'm working on a huge project for my department. We have an Access 2007 database and currently works on my PC (and it has .ACCDB formatted files). I sent it to a co-worker (who has Access 2013) and he tried to open it: All he's getting is compatibility errors. What should we do here? Please help!
