System i Navigator will not start. My Event Viewer indicates that MSVCR80.DLL has errored out. I have already tried repairing and removing Client Access with no results. Here is the event data:

If you are using Windows 10 then you should be using IBM i ACS (Access Client Solutions).  Have Java Runtime loaded before you install IBM i ACS.  To install you might have to manually run the JavaScript code by typing cscript or wscript and install_acs_xxx.js  /reset where xxx is the ideal version of ACS you want to install.  Select the components you need to install.

    You can try this link for a fix. It seems like 0xc0000005 is a pretty common Windows error.
