I am not sure if this is called "multiple sender address".
Say I have 2 email addresses - abc@a.com and abc@b.com. In Exchange 2003 when you set abc@a.com as the default email address, you would not able to switch to abc@b.com to the sender address.

Not sure if i understand correctly but yes in Exchange 2010 whichever email address is made your default is then your sender address,
Please correct me if i misunderstood?
