Some documents on my computer have file extension .rkhnuph. Is this a virus?

Its look like that your system at risk and malware or viruses infected your files. They rename and creates shortcut also.
You can scan your PC from windows defender and look for viruses.

    It is possible. Run an anti-virus scan as soon as you are able. I usually run 2 or 3 different ones. Some are caught by one but will pass another. Another thing to remember is you can name a file with any extension you want. You would just need to create the file ext/application association to open them.

    There's no way for us to know if you have a virus or not from your question. Anyone or any program can create and use just about any file extension desired.
