Support Package

Hi Friends, Iam working as basis administrator.recently I applied a support package SAPKH47022 to our client's PRD system.while the support pack is inthe Import_Proper phase it terminated.I tried to aplly the support package again but Iam not able to do that.Does any any one know how delete it from the queue or how to proceed from there.Pls help me Thanx Chaitu.

Call transaction SE16 and edit table PAT03. For SAPKH47022 change the field STATUS to ‘N’ and make sure that the fields CONFIRMED and BACKUP are empty.
