Is there any chance I could stop Windows 10 1803 from installing? I have a very small SSD and I'm worried that all of these updates with wipe up all of my space. I'm currently on the Anniversary Update and would like to stay there. Is that possible? Thank you very much!

You can disable Windows Update to stop that. Press the Windows logo key + R, it opens Run box. Now type services.msc & press Enter key. On next window, scroll down to Windows Update, and double click it. It opens a box. In Startup type, select Disabled. Then click Apply and OK to save the settings. Also click Stop to stop the current process.

Keep in mind, if the system is connected to Wi-Fi, it is possible to stop the same. Open the Settings app. Click Network & Internet. Click Wi-Fi in the left pane then click the name of Wi-Fi connection. Next click to turn on Set as metered connection. This procedure is also helpful.
