SSD space issues

I bought a Laptop with a 256 GB SSD, and I understand that my SSD has the Windows OS installed onto it, but that doesn't mean I should have already 98 GB used onto my SSD, leaving me with about 147 GB of free space. I've never really installed anything big on this computer at all, so I don't know why this is happening.

Software/Hardware used:
Laptop, MSI GS63 Stealth with a 256 SSD, 1 TB HDD, i7 8th gen, 1060 GTX Nvidia

What OS is there? Is there an antivirus installed? On Search bar type as, %tmp% and it opens Temp folder, select all then press Shift + Delete key both. It will be deleted all everything in Temp folder. May be some or very few files/folders not deleted due to using by the system. Next if there is anti virus installed, make sure this is up to date, if not do it. Check for the viruses, sometimes, virus might be an issue.
