    The question is not very clear, but since you mention a proxy and an exchange service, then this is most likely happening in a corporate network.

    You should tell your IT department about the problem being caused by Squid (assuming you have confirmed and have evidence that it is in fact caused by squid).

    If you are the IT department, then you will know that asking for help about a technical problem requires providing a lot more detail in order for other people to have a chance of trying to help.
