I want to know the statement should proceeding till 5 and it should be false at 6 and go to again 1 (i.e. without do while....and go...condition). Please!

What code have you tried so far? This sounds like a homework question. We will help you with it and figure out you errors but we wont do the assignment for you. It only get tougher down the road if you don't understand the basics.
