Hi Team,
SELECT mergeddatabase.Roomno, Count(*) AS Boxesscanned, Sum(mergeddatabase.Currentweight) AS RoomsTotalweight, mergeddatabase.Currentdate AS RequestedDate FROM mergeddatabase WHERE (((mergeddatabase.Currentdate) Between [Forms]![FrmDateRange]![TxtStartDate] And [Forms]![FrmDateRange]![TxtEndDate])) GROUP BY mergeddatabase.Roomno, mergeddatabase.Currentdate;
I have a query running against an Access Table.
As you can see it groups the output by the Roomno, then currentdate….
What I need to have is the output displayed in a certain order… Currently it comes out as :-
Room1
Room2
Room3
Room4
Room5 etc up to Room 12.
I need the output to come out as:-
Room1
Room5
Room6
Room4
Room7
Room11.
I need this as we have 4 sets of 3 Rooms that are growing mushrooms together. I still need the individual room information but need the flexibility to have the output in a certain order.
Thanks in advance.
