Whenever I use a signature in Microsoft Outlook, my spell check keeps getting disabled. How can I stop this from happening? This is for Office 365 / Outlook 2016. Any suggestions?

Please check if there is Review on Menu bar. Highlight the signature. On the ribbon bar underneath the Language tab > Set Proofing Language. Make sure that "Do Not Check Spelling or Grammar’ box is not checked.

Keep in mind, if you are using Outlook on the Web, till date there isn’t the capability to check spelling built into this system. But, you can configure computer/browser to automatically check the spelling as you type.
