When was a specific Oracle table created?

For Oracle, can I find out when one specific table was created? Furthermore - how about when a particular row was last updated too? Thanks for the help:

To get the table’s creation date, you can run a query like this one:

SELECT object_name, created
FROM all_objects
WHERE object_type = 'TABLE'
   AND owner = '<YOUR_TABLE_OWNER>'
   AND object_name = '<YOUR_TABLE_NAME>';

And to get the modification date of a row, you can probably use the ORA_ROWSCN Pseudocolumn
