    Depending on what computer you are talking about, they could plug in on the side or the front. Look for a round hole that says audio. If they are not marked and you have a speaker cable to plug in, just plug it in and see if it works. It should not cause any problems if it is not the correct spot.

    It also depends on type of speaker, if you come back with model / manufacturer of speaker, then it can provide more clear view. Also computer model/manufacturer is required.
