I'm worried that one of my neighbors keeps trying to get on my private Wi-Fi. Is there a way I can see if someone is trying to access it? Also, can I see which devices are connected too? Thanks!

It is better to find this info by checking the router’s web interface. Your router hosts the Wi-Fi network, so it has the most accurate data about which devices are connected to it. And most routers offer a way to view a list of connected devices.

Nobody has to "try" to access your Wi-Fi in order to get connected to your Wi-Fi. That is, many of your neighbors have possibly seen it and and accidentally or purposefully started to connect. It's just another object name that shows up without explanation when in range, and it might even have a name that looks much like a network they use.

As for how to track, it depends on how you configured it to track. Since we don't have your router to look over, we don't know what features it has nor how to manage them. You need to read its manual. You can probably download one.
