Skype for Business 2016 video calls are put on hold

I'm traveling all of the time so I use Skype for Business 2016 for meetings and what not. But my internal calls to other users at my company keep getting put on hold. This is specifically for video calls. My audio calls are just fine. Maybe it's the webcam I'm using? I'm on Windows 10.

    What OS/Skype are you using now? Is it 32/64-bit? Make sure that both are either 32/64-bit. Probably the user profile cache clear is required to work it in a proper way. Also latest update is required for both. For more assistance, please look here, though this is based on version 2013/2010, but basic is almost same, https://kb.uc.edu/KBArticles/Skype-Cache.aspx
