Sketchy Wi-Fi has popped up on my computer

Wi-Fi
A couple of weeks ago, a new Wi-Fi signal started popping up on my computer and other devices, called, "pineapple sandwich." Ever since then, the Wi-Fi in my house has been awfully slow. I've tried multiple things (doing a factory reset, calling the internet company, and even buying a new router), but nothing works. Does this new WiFi have anything to do with my troubles, or is it purely based in my computer itself? Thanks for your time.

Software/Hardware used:
Hp Envy, running on windows 10

Hope, you aware of windows 10 new feature, Wi-Fi sense. You can configure it properly and check for the same. And of course, change your all password with complex ones. Please link here for more info: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/configuration/manage-wifi-sense-in-enterprise

When you see this new Wi-Fi, &does your system connect to it or just show it under available connections? It may just be a neighbor now has an unsecured Wi-Fi network within range of your router.
