Shared Outlook Calendar- Appointment Creator Tracking

I work for a small business and we have a shared outlook calendar (the "Event Calendar") where employees add events/meetings they are attending. The appointments are added by opening the shared "Event Calendar" and creating a new appointment within the calendar. This makes the "creator" of the event the "Event Calendar" instead of the employee. Is there a way to track who is creating each appointment? Thank you.
