    You can't. That a general major characteristic of a "hash" contrasted with an "encryption". An encryption can be decrypted to read original values. A hash is one-way.

    There is an unlimited number of original values that will hash to the same hash value. And there's no way to determine which original value is the correct one.

    What is the environment there? Is this your office / for personal use? Or you are in learning process? Basically, SHA-512 is a cryptographic hash function & may be there is no decryption for that. Did you ask for whether hash function be reversed?

    As far as I know you cannot reverse engineer a "hash". Too many possibilities involved in creating it makes almost impossible or you just extreme luck.
