I'm looking for a similar drag function (like on a Mac) for my Windows 10 Touchpad. Basically - I need to drag certain items around with three fingers. How can I do that in my settings?

Hey, I am an ex mac user too and i miss that capability in windows 10, I read your question looking for an answer, but i did some research and found something for windows 10, it´s very similar to bettertouchtool, but this one for windows, There are lots of customizable gestures for  the touchpad or tablet, including tip tap and swipe with two, three, for and five fingers, there is an action one called move active window. You can set it for three finger swipe; when you try this gesture you will realize you can also drag with three fingers to move the window.

It´s free for 15 days trial but license is just 5 usd; you can download free to try if it meets your expecttions:  http://www.multiswipe.com/download

I customized the touchpad almost exactly as  i  did with my mac trackpad with bettertouchtool.
Good luck

It is possible. Open Windows 10 settings, click Device. Choose Mouse and Touchpad. Then in the right hand pane scroll all the way to the bottom where you'll find two boxes relating to three-finger gestures. Here are several options/ choices, you can select or toggle on/ off as per your choice. Please link here for more help, https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4027871/windows-10-touchpad-gestures

There are 3-finger gestures, but no dragging.  there's only 2 finger dragging but it is only configured on/off and for scrolling.

Wish MS allows 3 or 4 finger dragging gestures and not just wipes.
