Setup Microsoft Outlook email on a schedule

So we have multiple reports that are sent to multiple people on a variety of days. Here's what I want to do. So I basically created a 'schedule' in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that shows what day the email report should be sent to a specific person. For example:
5/2/2018 -> Employee 1
5/5/2018 -> Employee 2
5/10/2018 -> Employee 3
Does that make sense? If so, I'm not sure how to set that up in Microsoft Outlook. Can anyone help?
