This morning, I just installed an image resizer on Windows 10 (I found it on Github). Is there a way I could set this up as my default Photo viewing app? Thanks so much.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Just change the default application for that file extension type.

Open the Windows 10 Control Panel, then click “Programs,” then “Default Programs.” The first two entries on this list are what you’re interested in.

If you’d like to set a single program as the default for all the types of files it’s capable of opening, click “set your default programs.” This screen opens a list of your installed programs in the column on the left. Click a program in the left column, then click “set this program as default” to apply all of the file type associations that the program includes.

Generally, if we want to change default application, open any photo, right click and click Properties. On next window, in General tab, under Opens with: click Change button. It shows an another window, from where you can choose the application that you want as default application. Have you tried this procedure?
