Trying to upgrade Windows Server 2003 Standard R2 to Windows Server 2003 enterprise R2 and get an error when I select upgrade. "Setup cannot continue because some necessary information cannot be accessed in the registry."

I login as the domain Admin ( this is a secondary domain controller ) and even tried copying all of the file to disk and install from their.
