    Remote system? What kind of system? (Another System i?) What networking protocols are available between the systems? (Are all systems in the same network?)

    Probably most common would be to use LPR/LPD with the SNDTCPSPLF command.

    SNDNETSPLF is another option. It all depends on how they are networked. Also what OS version are you running?

    The SNDTCPSPLF would be preferable over SNDNETSPLF as the latter is tied to SNA communications. Also a look into Remote Output Queues could provide a solution.
