    Hi,

The question is not very clear. Could you please explain your requirement a little further? And you will use which email application?

    Thanks & Regards

Either the attachment is not attached properly or it may be corrupted or it may affected by virus. Can try attaching again and see whether it works.

I often get calls from people who can't "see" the photos that are supposed to be attached to emails......and many times I see that someone has actually inserted a link to the location on their computer where the photos are - rather than actually attaching those files!

The sender is using outlook and I'm using windows live mail 2011. I'm told there's a.pdf attachment however when the mail arrives there's nothing attached. That said when I open the same email on my I phone 6+ the attachment has been converted to winmail.dat
