Send update feature is not working in Microsoft Outlook

For the past few days, Outlook has been acting very odd. Whenever I'm trying to either add or remove attendees from an existing Outlook meeting, the "Send update to all or only added / deleted attendees" box doesn't appear anymore. Why is that happening? Nothing has changed that I know of. I rebooted Outlook and it is still happening.

    Have you tried to run Outlook in safe mode? Click Start > Run and type as, outlook /safe and press Enter key following you can accept default profile with proper password. When it will be done, check if that happens again.
