Power/iSeries/As400 Security – Multi Tenancy

We are in the process of locking down one of our power servers at a security group, authorization list level. it has been many years since I have done this, but I thought there was also a way (if we even give the user access to wrkactjob) that they could not see another user (e.g. if they were in a different department, company, etc.) - multi-tenancy. Any help is appreciated

Do you want users not even to see that some other user's job is running, or do you only want them not to look into another user's job, e.g., via debug or directly with DSPJOB? (No normal user has reason to use WRKACTJOB.)

I agree with Raven in using the DSPJOB command instead if you do not want them to be able to see other users logged on. The WRKACTJOB has the power to end jobs that you may also want to take away from the user.  Another alternative is create a custom menu with what you want to grant as access and make that the initial call program for the user profile.
