I have no access to SQL Server Agent, am I able to get a SQL script run every morning 8am?

The only way to schedule jobs in SQL Server is to use the SQL Server Agent. You can use task scheduler to run sqlcmd and have that execute a SQL Statement against your database if you don’t have access to SQL Agent. The easier solution would be to simply get access to SQL Agent, or have your DBA team setup the job for you.

    If you do not have access to the agent then talk to someone who does to set it up for you. Other than that I'm not sure if you could write a script and then use the Windows Task Manager to schedule it.
