For my job, I take a ton of screenshots. This might be an odd request but it's worth a shot. Would I be able to save a screenshot directly into a file? I'm using Windows. Thanks.

There are many apps that do this now like the Snipping tool and IrfanView to name a couple. Are you looking to click a button and have it save the screenshot automatically and use a sequential file naming system like image0001 then next screenshot is image0002 and so on...If so you may need to write a custom script to run inside a browser like an add-on.

You can use Ctrl prtscr to capture your screen print and then paste the screen print directly into Word or Wordpad and the document that you are using or creating.  This is a very simplified way to do it,
