Good day all, Have recently purchased NetApp SAN to be implemented as our primary storage to host our database environment. As I'm not an expert in storage management wondering what would be the best practice / general rule of thumb in order to provide an optimal I/O performance towards our database environment e.g SQL Server. As far as I was informed, the LUN will be setup in RAID 60 as suggested by vendor.Could this be the best RAID configuration to SQL Server / MySQL database server? Appreciate the feedback. Thanks!
