What type of word processing do you have? If you only the ones that come with Windows like Nnotepad and WordPad you can create your document here then convert it later. When you are in your email, hold CTRL + A, this will select everything then hold CTRL + C to copy everything (to the clipboard). Then open WordPad and and hold CTRL + V to pase all the information here. Fix it as necessary then click the icon in upper left next to the down triangle. Then select save as and select RTF Document. Then click desktop and name it something like my resume. You can then attach this to an online job application or if they want a different format there are some on-line converters that will do this, If you have Office and Word, then select and copy as mentioned earlier and paste it into Word.
