    Your query is not cleared here. Powerpoint file extension is .ppt/pptx & .rtf is wordpad file extension. If you want to read .rtf in powerpoint, you can insert/ import the the same file or open .rtf file in MS word then save as doc/docx  & export as pdf. Follow the same process to insert/ import.

    That looks like a custom file. You can click the start button and start to type the file name. Once you see it you can right click it, then properties to get the access path. This is what you would want to use.
