Sorry to be so brief here – gotta go offsite, but wanted to say “yes” to your question. There are restricted user licenses and full licenses available for Sametime. I would need to do a bit more investigation to give you the exact nomenclature (although I believe that it’s simply “restricted” and “full”), but I’ve seen this issue before here at ITKE. The answer and specifics are readily available from the IBM / Lotus Sametime assistance site. I’ll look into this in a bit more depth upon my return (unless someone else has the answer for you by then…)
