I'm in a bit of iPhone8 hell! Here's my dilemma . . .
I am using as app called UpWordNotes on my iPhone8, which is a note app. I have a number of folders. One folder is (was) called Poetry. I was trying to copy a long entry from there, to paste it into an email. I highlighted it and when I went to copy it, I accidentally deleted it. It's completely gone, as is the folder itself. I emailed their support addy, without a response.
Here's my question: If I restore my last iCloud backup (5/26), will that data be restored fcompletely? And since i would have to wipe my phone and restore from the iCloud backup, what am I going to lose? (I have never done this before and am a bit apprehensive.)Will I have to replace all of the passwords in my many other apps? Will my settings in Pandora, photos/videos, emails and other apps be retrieved (as they were at the time of the last backup 5/26). And does this restore affect my iPad?
