Hello. Over the past week I have received the error message 0x8004010F, which is the object not found notification a user would receive if they clicked on send/receive in Outlook. It would appear that this message is because the mail server cannot find the offline address book. I rebuilt the book, remapped the OWA's to reflect the server, I downloaded the GUIDGen only to follow the instructions to find that I do not have a CN=SERVICES folder. So it looks like I can't reset the system because I don't have the necessary folders installed.
I'm at my wits end on this one. Please help.
(And there is no problem sending/receiving mail, the darn task box just keeps opening. Very annoying.)
