In Outlook 2010, I have a contact list with 100 people included and sent out weekly appointments for six months. In May, for example, three people leave the company and two people join. The three people who left are removed from the list and the two new folks are added to the list
If I resend the meeting, does that automatically update the attendees, or is the contact list the same as when I originally sent the meeting request?
I'd rather not forward the meeting, or resend it to the entire group just because a few people left or cane on board.
