Hi. We have a shared mailbox in our team and each have a folder in it. I am looking for a way in which that folder can be a live replica of the original one. For instance, I have my own mailbox: Simon and we have our team mailbox: Team Mailbox. In Team Mailbox there are a number of folders, Simon, James, Julia etc. Mail that comes into the Team Mailbox is allocated to the relevant team member by the person looking after the Team Mailbox Inbox on that day. The issue is that we have to rely on our team members checking their own folder in the Team Mailbox and this is not always happening. The team have said they would find it easier if they had a folder in their own Mailbox which was a live replica of that in the Team Mailbox. A rule of forwarding the email is not an option as once the query is dealt with it needs to be removed from the folder in the Team Mailbox and this will not be done if they have 2 places to remove an email from. Any ideas on this would be gratefully appreciated!
