Ever since my company moved to Office 365, I've been having to deal with an issue with Microsoft Outlook. Every single folder now in Outlook has this weird 'mention' column that just takes up so much space. I have so many folders and I want to get rid of this on every single one of them. How can I remove it in one shot? Meaning not having to go through each folder one-by-one and do it manually.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

According to Microsoft, there is no option to turn off mentions. If you think this would be a good addition, make the suggestion at Outlook 2016 for Windows UserVoice.

Yes, this may not possible to remove/disable it, Microsoft did not provide this feature. You may provide your feedback for making more user friendly of Office 2016/Office 365 here: https://office365.uservoice.com/
