How do I remove “on behalf of” in my Gmail emails?

In my Google account (particularly Google Apps), I have one primary domain and a secondary alias one too. When I'm sending emails through the secondary domain, I'm getting reports that my email sees me as "on behalf of." Is there a way I can get rid of that?
