Hi, I purchased a fire TV from HSN and when I went to connect it to my TV several weeks later, I have not been able to open the remote to put the batteries in. I called HSN and I was informed to contact Amazon. The fire TV was purchased in April 2016. The remote is a reject, it has no opening to place the batteries. I would like to have a remote that works. Please inform me what my next step.
I have tried to locate a direct number to speak with someone by phone. I have been unsuccessful.
