I am currently having issues with connecting to my Server via remote desktop service. Server name: Windows Server 2008 standard. Below is the output of the connection:

  1. Remote access to server is not available.
  2. The remote computer is turned off.
  3. The remote computer is not available on the network.

I have made sure that the server is available, remote computer is turned on and computer is available on the network but not still able to connect remotely to the server.

Please kindly help with a solution.

Go to server 2008 and open server manager interface, and check the status in local server tab. Also you have to make rules for remote desktop access.
