When I cancel the "remember me on the device", every time I get back to the website, they still popup? What's going on? What should I do?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Sound like the site want to put a cookie on you device, most likely to remember a password or personal settings. You can either allow it and the message will go away. Most of the time these are harmless but some sites can be risky. IF this is still an issue let us know what type of device, OS and what you are doing when it shows and if it’s a website let us know.

What browser are you using now? Assuming this is Chrome, if yes, open Chrome's settings, then click Advanced then click Manage Passwords section, here you toggle off and make it On to Off. You can remove passwords if it stores prior. However this may differ from version to version.

If you are flexible then you can try other browsers for internet surfing purpose like Firefox/IE (assuming windows OS). Or take backups of bookmarks/settings etc of your current browser and try to reset this one and check if it happens again. If it works, you can restore backed up bookmarks etc.
