What's the relationship between a RVG file and a JPEG? Is there a difference between the two?

An RVG can be created from a number of applications. Not all are a standard image file.Some are dedicated to that application only. According to one site the RVG is a KODAK x-Ray file and another site says it from an autodesk application.

Try either of those to open it and you may be able to save it in the format desired.

    Probably .rvg is an autodesk revit architectural design software, which is totally differ from .jpg/ jepg file. .jpg can be opened almost all software, while .rvg has so limitation, that only be opened some selected software, generally which are not found/not installed. From where did you get this query. Is it a part of your home work. Please come back with more details.
